Lets start with a quote from the bride, “Weston is genuine and kind to a fault, like honestly it's annoying. I've never seen him mad or worked up or stressed, we've never been in a fight, he's like this living angel and this amazing example of how people should be living. He compliments me perfectly (I can be a stress-ball, super type A) but also we have all the same passions and morals. Our relationship is completely based on adventure and fun, we are best friends before anything else!”
This perfectly describes Weston, and with all the love Angela had from her ladies that day - she clearly is his perfect match. The two of them were so incredibly sweet all day and you could just feel the love pouring from all their guests.
Taking place at the picturesque Ellis Ranch, this wedding was gorgeous and full of stunning purples and greens. The day started with me getting lost in the parking lot, yes, like five minutes away from the bride. Such a proud moment haha. It moved on to Weston and Angela getting ready surrounded by their loved ones, it was touching to see a prayer over moments before the ceremony. There was such peace and love throughout.
After the ceremony, we hiked up the side of this cactus covered hill and did not regret it. The views of the valley were totally worth it! Thank goodness I had my stellar second shooter Rachel with me to keep bringing us water because it was a hot one outside! That Colorado sun is no joke.
Oh, also - their wedding party was HUGE - but with that comes so so many laughs and honestly, the day flew by because everyone was so great to work with. Ok, maybe coordinating 20 people to look at me and smile took longer than usual ;-) but that’s only because we were having so much fun.
This gorgeous ranch wedding is truly a sight to behold and will absolutely be one of my favorites this year!
